Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–14 business days after processing. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–20 business days after processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays

During high-volume periods or due to carrier delays, delivery may take longer than estimated. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), contact us and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
